HEY HEY HEY ALCONA BOOTCAMPERS!!!!!!!!!!!
WOW! WE had a blast tonight didn't we. Thankyou for total group participation. I hope you really love your new best friends-Xercuffs and Bands! Do your best to keep up your inner fires! Week 3 coming up 1/2 way there. I am already counting the days until I see my favorite Alcona gang. Indoor triathalon coming up. Let me know what you're thinking. Blog me!

Hey Alcona, great job tonight. Way to make the hour fly by Patty!!! Great work out tonight! It was fun, a lot of energy with in the groups. Hope you made it home without hitting any cows Patty, if you did the grill is ready!!!

Patti's Wednesday's Workout really was a great example for me how important a snack is! We were running behind and I forgot to grab a bite before class....I was EXHAUSTED near the end.

Hello Team "TURQ"--- I am sorry you were sore from Tues. workout, NOT! We really went through your muscles this am. What did you think?
Tip: Manage your middle- Women with waist sizes 35 inches or more will develop heart disease twice as fast. Don't give it any help, help yourself to a new you and keep doing bootcamps.
